  • 2 ½ tbsp butter, melted

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • 12oz can of Grimross Maritime Pale Ale

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan.

Mix together all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt)

Dice garlic and onion.

Mix all of the onion, and about 3/4 of the garlic with the dry ingredients.

Mix in the cheese.

Finally, pour in 12oz can of Maritime Pale Ale and mix together.

When the mixture becomes dough like, create a loaf shape and put it into your pan.

Combine melted butter, the rest of your garlic and dried parsley to brush over the top of your loaf then put it into the oven.

Bake for 1 hour until the top becomes nicely golden brown.

Let cool for 15-20 minuets, pour yourself a pint and enjoy! 🍻
