Meet Lauren!
Lauren is in her 4th year of a Bio-Chem degree at UNB, she is working towards her dream of one day becoming a Pharmacist. In the meantime, you can find her behind the bar.
When she's not working or studying, Lauren and her puppy Winnie like to pack a knapsack full of Cheval D'or and hit the trails for a new adventure.
We’ve asked Lauren a few questions so that you can get to know her a bit better.
Tell us about your first craft beer experience?
My first craft beer experience was coming to Grimross after my 19th birthday and getting a flight from Rhys! This was my first time ever really trying craft beer, my favourite was the Cheval D’or, and still is!

What do you like the best about working in a brewery?
I think the craft brewing community in Fredericton is really great and really close, and my co-workers are the best part! I love meeting new people and learning about the brewing community through everyone.
If you could have one superpower what would it be?
Teleportation.. So I could travel all around the world for free 🌎🛩
