Cheval is complex in taste. You can expect black pepper and fruity notes such as (pineapple, apple, banana, kiwi, & lemon] that all come from the expressive yeast. In the background to this you can expect a crisp, dry finish with medium malt character.

Cheval D'or was the first beer Grimross ever sold to the public in 2013. We're proud to showcase this brew as a gold medal winner at the 2017 Down East Brewing Awards.
