Meet Stephen,
Many of you may know Stephen Dixon as a Co-Founder of your favourite brewery; but did you also know that he is so much more?!
Stephen is a dad, a husband, a son, a brother and a friend; an extreme athlete with a degree in kinesiology, an avid traveller, loves the outdoors, and you'd better look out when he puts his dancing pants on!
Stephen has such a passion craft beer, he started brewing in his basement! That single handed operation quickly grew into a family operation, and has since grown into the brewery we know and love - and as you can see here, the Grimross family has grown!

Meet Dawn,
Dawn is the co-founder of Grimross and is the woman that manages the finances of the brewery. She keeps very busy as she divides her time between this and her other role as Assistant Deputy Minister of Strategic Services at the NB Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she is always on the lookout for improvement opportunities!
Dawn has many passions including running, hiking, and reading but her main passion is her family (including the Dixon canine baby Dixie). If you know Dawn, you know she goes above and beyond for all of us at Grimross. We love our Grimross mom.

Meet Phil,
You’ve probably seen this guy wandering around making weird noises, we promise he does so much more than that.
Phil is our jack of all trades. He is our general manager, contruction worker, canner extrodinaire, avid forklift dirver and so much more. Phil works super hard to keep everything in line behind the scenes. Whatever your problem might be; Phil is there to help guide you to a solution, all the while being as cool as a cucumber no matter the situation.

Meet Jason,
After travelling through North America brewing and drinking beer, Jason has returned home to us here in New Brunswick. Bringing with him an extensive knowledge of the brewing world that we are excited to unfold here in our brewery and share with you every step of the way!
When he's not brewing - or with his nose buried deep in a beer book, Jason likes to strap on his skis and hit the trails. He also finds joy in wood-working and mechanics - but Jason's favourite activity has got to be hide and seek!

Meet Jeff,
Jeff has been a Grimross fan since we opened and, as luck would have it, he landed with us as our Sales & Marketing Manager. When Jeff is not out on the road making sales, studying for his MBA or at the Brewery, he can be found at home curled up on the couch with his wife, his son and his fur babies.
A former hockey player, Jeff still enjoys getting out on the ponds for a skate and in the summer months enjoys drinking Grimross and playing golf. If you see him out in the "Tic-Tac" be sure to give him a wave as he will likely give a smile and wave back!

Meet Rhys,
Rhys has been a part of the Grimross team since day one, and when we say day one, we mean literally day one when Grimross was a vision coming to life in the basement of the Dixon household - things have evolved since then, obviously.
Rhys's smiling face and bubbly personality really shine when she's behind the bar. When she is not behind the bar you can usually find her playing soccer or traveling to new places!

Spencer started in 2021 and his friendly and easy going personality is a great addition to our bar staff.
When he isn't serving you beer, Spencer enjoys golfing with friends, going into the woods with his dog and listening to Kenny chesney while drinking his favourite Grimross beer, Scratch #23: SMaSH House.

Madison is a ball of positive energy. You can always count on her to bring a little extra sunshine into your day. When shes not behind the bar, she can be found either dancing, teaching dance or out in nature, usually adventuring somewhere near the water.

Meet Sophie,
Sophie started in 2021 and is an absolute ray of sunshine! She is currently finishing up her degree of Neuroscience at Dalhousie University, and has a sweet 10 month old puppy named Pearl.
When she is not behind the bar or hanging with her pup, you can find her camping, canoeing, or biking. When it comes to Grimross you'll usually find Sophie enjoying a nice cold Praha!

If you've ever been in the brewery I'm sure you would have seen Eliah. He has been working the bar since pretty much day 1!
Eliah is a great addition to the bar staff with his extensive knowledge about beer and his calm and collected personality. When Eliah is not serving you can find him in the forest naming off all the trees or having a beer with friends.

Lauren is in her 4th year of a Bio-Chem degree at UNB, she is working towards her dream of one day becoming a Pharmacist. In the meantime, you can find her behind the bar.
When she's not working or studying, Lauren and her puppy Winnie like to pack a knapsack full of Cheval D'or and hit the trails for a new adventure.

Our lab tech extraordinaire! Devin is the man around here when it comes to science. He helps us detect any flaws that may have occurred during the brewing process, so we can make sure we always provide you with the best beer possible!
Amongst all of the science in Devin’s brain, he also possesses the knowledge of how to play basically every board game ever.

Gardener, forager, chef and dog dad.
Bennett's calm demeanour and positive leadership makes him a joy to work with everyday. He's dependable, reliable and always gets the job done no matter what he's tasked with; from cellaring to demolition, Bennetts your guy!
When Bennett goes home after a long day of work he's greeted by his four-legged friend Chiizu.
Fun fact Chiizu is Japanese for Cheese.

Ryan has been brewing for Grimross for 2 years. Before starting here Ryan was a very talented home brewer, brewing english style ales in his yard.

Meet Alex,
Alex, better known to us as Freddy, is our resident rock star. Taking the stage from time to time as a member of the local Fredericton band HEAT $HEETS.
As a part of our cellar team, Alex handles different jobs every day varying from keg washing and filling to canning, cleaning, and helping our brewers with anything they need.
Freddy also usually has the best lunch.

Meet Noah,
Our Logistics superhero!
Noah, deservingly, grew very quickly with the company. Starting as a master of all things packaging, Noah always had his eye on the delivery truck. He put the petal to the metal and studied to get his air brakes. Noah now takes incredible pride in delivering beer around the province for everyone to enjoy!
Noah's drink of choice is a Grimross Pugnacious Porter, but, when he's gone through all of the Grimross in his fridge, Noah will happily settle for an Alpine.
