On the nose Pils should present a bouquet of fresh flowery, herbal, grassy hops. On the pallet you can expect medium bitterness and hop flavour accompanied by a moderate to low grainy, crackery malt.

Brunswick German Pils started out as Scratch #1, and was so popular it become Braunschweig German Pilsner, and has since been rebranded to Brunwsick German Pils, using the English translation from hard to pronounce Braunschweig.
